Thereupon, the complete application files have to be forwarded to the Eurasia-Pacific Uninet Office in Austria. The final selection of Ph.D. and Post-Doc scholarship-holders will be made by Austrian scientists and EPU coordinators. There is no age limit for Ph.D. or Post-Doc applicants! ADMINISTRATION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP All administrative procedures regarding the scholarship will be coordinated through the Austrian Agency for International Cooperation in Education and Research (OEAD).
